Purchases from PoolFiltersUSA may be returned with in 10 days of purchase and could be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Special-order products (Liners) are NOT returnable for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable. Books are not returnable. No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will provide a refund (Less shipping & handling) on all items that are returned in new and unused condition. All returns must include ALL original packaging and be in re-sellable condition. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. To return your parts please call (800) 616-3654 for a authorization number and let us know what parts you would like to return and the reason you want to return them. Credits for returned items usually take 2-3 weeks after our warehouse receives the part(s).

All orders will ship via UPS or Fedex within 24-48 hours. We ship daily MON-FRI. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We only ship to the 48 Contiguous United States!
Backorder:

Damaged Shipment :
